and shipped with the highest standards of quality and protection. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Non-Refundable if Packaging is Intact
We do not accept returns or refunds if the product packaging is received in perfect, undamaged condition.
This is because our products are food-grade/collectible items and cannot be resold once they have left our control.
2. Damaged Packaging During Transit
If your order arrives with visible damage to the packaging, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and details.
We will review the case and may offer a partial refund, full refund, or replacement, depending on the extent of the damage.
In some cases, we may request that the product be returned before a refund can be processed.
3. How to Request a Refund for Damaged Items
To submit a refund request, please email support@firstlantern.shop with:
Your order number
Photos showing the damaged packaging (and product, if applicable)
A brief description of the issue
4. Refund Processing
We will process your return and refund request within 48 hours. The refund will be credited back to your bank account via the original payment method within 7–15 days after approval.
5. Exceptions
Refunds are not provided for minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect product quality.
We cannot accept returns or refunds due to personal taste preferences.
